PAYMENT OPTIONS Full payment of examination is due before examination begins. (Deposit in advance + Balance at time of exam). The examiner will not begin examination unless payment in full is made. It is standard in this profession for the method of payment to be cash, however, we do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Business Checks. We do not accept personal checks. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit is required prior to scheduling a polygraph examination. The balance of the exam fee is then payable to the examiner at the time of the examination. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If it is necessary to change appointment time or reschedule appointment, you may do so by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and your deposit may be used toward your rescheduled appointment. If less than 24 hour notification is given, the customer will be responsible for paying the balance of the examination fee in full. In addition, if at the time of examination you change your mind about the exam, postpone or cancel the exam for any reason, person who was supposed to take the test declines to take the test or fails to show up for the exam, the balance will be forfeited. . We recommend that you do not submit your deposit until you are reasonably certain that testing process intends on being followed. THIS IS AN ENFORCED POLICY.
